Welcome to Milawa Primary School

The Autumn Garden Party is a major fundraiser for the Milawa Primary School and is organised by our Parents & Friends Committee.
All funds raised directly benefit the students of Milawa Primary School.

Join us as we celebrate the season with local produce that has been transformed into gourmet grazing platters. You’ll be inspired by our guest speaker Gabby Simmonds from Gabby Handmade Resin Jewellery and entertained with live music by Shannon Leane who has performed at the Carol’s by Candlelight in Melbourne. You could also win some fabulous prizes in our raffle that will be drawn on the day.

At Milawa Primary School we aim to educate children to be engaged in their learning, respectful of themselves and others, creative in thinking and doing, and connected with their school, community and their world.

Principal‘s Message

Mr Ash Campbell - PrincipalWelcome to Milawa Primary School. We are proud of our school’s warm, friendly, learning environment and recognise that a key factor in student success is fostering a sound partnership between home and school.

I am honoured to have the responsibility of leading our school and working alongside such passionate and dedicated teachers, who strive to improve the learning outcomes of all students in their care.

We have retained good traditional education and combined this with well researched and recommended modern approaches, where each child is treated as an individual and provided with a comprehensive program that is designed to build their literacy, numeracy and emotional intelligence skills, whilst encouraging them to be engaged in their learning, respectful of themselves and others, creative in thinking and doing, and connected to their school, community and their world.

Living up to our motto of being “Large enough to excel and small enough to care”.

My door is always open, so please drop by and say hello.

Ash Campbell
